Dress Code
The dress code allows students to express themselves as individuals, but in an appropriate and respectful way. It is particularly important that your choice of dress recognises that the school is a working environment and clothing should reflect this. Students should also wear their lanyards at all times.
Whilst students are given considerable freedom in determining how they dress, the following items do not meet our expectations:
- Caps, hoods, hats or any item which obscures the face – this is for safeguarding reasons as students need to be easily identifiable
- Clothing with offensive logosClothing which reveals underwear
All students are expected to arrive at school wearing clothing in accordance with these expectations. We would also recommend that students do not wear flip flops or sliders as the number of staircases makes this a safety risk.
